A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME — I’ve always been fascinated by old photographs and family videos. I remember pulling out the shoebox of old family photos from under my grandmother’s bed and asking her who those people were in the images and what they were like.

To preserve someone’s likeness in time — whether through a photograph or video — is one of our most powerful abilities as humans. We can record our loved one’s mannerisms, voice, and laughter and be with them even when they are no longer here. More importantly we can share these precious heirlooms with our own children and grandchildren and keep our family legacy alive.

I have developed a passion for narratives and ways that stories can be told, captured, and preserved through the visual lens of filmmaking and photography.
