If Walls Could Speak

Hartford, Connecticut. This kitchen provided the perfect environment for an afternoon of preservation photography work. The walls were full of life with a mixture of relics of old Ireland as well as vintage, family photographs. The conversation centered stories of the past — The individuals that once filled the kitchen with laughter and music as well as those who still come to visit for a spell and sit around the same wooden table. This series seeks to capture the history and the life of this old kitchen, and the legacy of these special individuals.
